What is included in the box?

The box is all you need! It includes the robot kit, glue, Battery holder, AA battery. For a complete list see here.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, We accept returns within 7 days of delivery and box is unopened. The shipping is to be pad by customers. Refunds are issued within 7 days.

What if a part is misplaced ?

Pleas mail me at xyz@robotales.com and we can mal you the missing part.

What if the glue gets over?

We have tested it multiple times and glue is sufficient for the whole assembly. We recommend you to not use too much glue as the glue gel takes time to dry. In case the glue tube becomes empty here is the link to Amazon website.

The pulleys have some play - What to do?

The material used is sustainable bass wood. Since it is a natural material it has some variation. A wheel play i.e. wheel not aligned while gluing is not a problem the robot should still work.

What to do If I glue the wheel to the body and is unusable?

Unfortonutaley, we cannot do anything in this case but we can gladly send you a new replacement at a discount cost!
