Instructionas Video.

Please follow the steps carefully.

Use the cloth provided to wipe the glue dry!

  • Time: ~4 mins

    1. Open packet #2.

    2. Use the provided shaft to insert Part B. Apply the provided glue both sides of Part B and insert the two Part As to form A-B-A pulley

    3. Apply glue to the marking on the shaft and stick the pulley to the shaft so that the marking is NOT seen.

    Keep it aside to dry.

  • Time: ~7 mins

    1. Open packet #3. It has components for middle pulley assembly which has 2X small pulleys and 1X big pulley

    2. Use the provided shaft to insert Part B.

    3. Apply the provided glue both sides of Part B and insert the two Part As to form A-B-A pulley

    4. Apply glue to the marking on any edge of the shaft (not middle) and stick the pulley to the shaft so that the marking is NOT seen.

    5. Then Insert Part C > Apply glue to Part C > Insert Part K > Apply glue > insert Part C to form C-K-C pulley. Apply glue to the MIDDLE marking on the shaft and stick the small pulley to the shaft so that the marking is NOT seen.
    6. Repeat the process for third small pulley to form C-K-C pulley

    Keep it to dry.

  • Time: ~4 mins

    1. Open packet #4. It has components for middle pulley assembly which has one big pulley. NOTE: the marking on the shaft is "off-center" on purpose.

    2. Use the provided shaft to insert Part B.

    3. Apply the provided glue both sides of Part B and insert the two Part As to form A-B-A pulley

    4. Apply glue to the marking and stick the pulley to the shaft so that the marking is NOT seen.

    5. Keep it aside to dry.

  • Time: ~6 mins

    Assemble Body (partial)

1.Parts needed Part D1 and Part D2 from packet #5 and Part F1

    2. NOTE: Printed part is outside

    3. Apply glue to the short edge of Part D1 and stick to Part F1 . Use SQUARE Y to make sure Part D1 is at right angle to Part F1. The groves on Part F1 and Part D1 will fit perfectly.

    4. Stick Part Part D2 to Part F1 similar to Step 3.

    Keep it aside to dry

    5. Assemble Part 'H'. Open packet #6. It has 4X Part H and 4 small shafts

    7. Glue the small shaft to Part H for all 4 Part Hs and shafts

    8. Allow it to dry.

  • Time: ~6 mins

    1. Parts needed Part X ( Triangle from packet#5), Part G and Part E

    2. There are two legs.

    3. Glue Part G to Part E.

    4. Use triangular Part X's right angle to hold Part G and Part E at right angle

    5. Repeat this for other leg

  • Time: ~15 mins

IMPORTANT: Following Video is the best way to complete this step

    1. Insert the middle pulley with big pulley first-in in hole 2. Then insert the top pulley in hole 1. Then insert bottom pulley with Longer Shaft in first.

    2. Put Red rubber band between pulley 2 and 3. Then put Black rubber band between 1 and 2. Then put black rubber band between 2 and 3.

    3. Glue Part F2 to Part D1 and Part D2 so that it fits properly. The pulleys top and middle will be inserted in holes 1 and 2. Third pulley assembly will remain dandling which we can fix later.

    4. Adjust pullies so that they align and pull the bands over pullies.

    5. there are 6 shaft ends. Attach Part K ( small pullies) to them and glue it.

    6. Then attach Part H assembly one pointing up and other pointing down.

  • Time: ~10 mins

    1. Packet#7 : Take the Motor out. Apply the glue to the black grove on the body on Part D2.

    2. Get the Motor and RED dot should face upwards and pulley should align with pulley with red band. Press the motor to the body.

    3. let it dry

    4. get the switch assembly. Apply glue to the H end and attach it to the grove in the robot body.

    5. Remove white tape from the battery assembly and attach it to the bottom of Part D2

    5. Connect wires to the terminals of the motor.

  • Time: ~6 mins

    1. Fix bot the legs to Part H assembly

    2. Once fixed use Part K pullies to hold the legs

    3. Glue part K

    4. Ensure the legs move by rotating big pullies.

Let it dry for 20 mins

    WE ARE READY TO GO!
